Live-Office

ursPro Live-Office is a web site too office communication application, in plain English it allows your web site visitors to contact your office directly.

Here is how it works:
When ever you would like to offer your visitors Live-Office, you log into your Live-Office control panel, you are then ready to receive enquires direct from your site visitors.
When one of your visitors want to contact you, they click the Live-Office contact button, this launches Live-Office, they are greeted with a “Please Wait, locating a member of staff to deal with your enquiry” message. In your office you will get a warning tone to let you know someone is contacting you, you click the incoming call and Live-Office launches the live window, you can then communicate live with your customer.
You can deal with more than one customer at once, for each customer a new window will open, you can also have multiple operators logged in to deal with incoming enquiries.

If your not logged in, for example when your agency is closed, Live-Office will take a message for you.
